Chest Width (Laid Flat) - Measure across the chest one inch below armhole when item is laid flat.

Chest Width (Full) - Measure around the fullest part, placing the tape close under the arms and make sure the tape is flat across the back.

Body Length - Measured from high point of shoulder to finished hem bottom of shirt.
